Hello, busy people!

This week has been a whirlwind of flour, sugar, and chocolate (the word of the day)! As you know, I always look for ways to improve my baking skills. That’s why I couldn’t resist signing up for a fantastic cake-baking course from TartDekor. As always, I had the honor of being mentored by the incredible Lili. Let me tell you, she took us above the stars – literally, gravity is not a problem anymore!

Lili’s course was packed with cake-decorating tips, baking techniques, and creative tricks that I can’t wait to share with you through my work. Picture this: cakes so light and fluffy, they might float away if you’re not careful. Okay, maybe not that extreme, but pretty close. Also, the famous Bruce is here. All I can say is look out and follow; there is chocolate like no cake has.

Life has been deliciously busy between family adventures, personal growth, and my unending passion for baking. I am incredibly grateful for all of you who continue to choose Cookies by Double M to sweeten your moments. Whether you’re a long-time fan or a new customer, your support means the world to me. You inspire me to keep pushing the boundaries of baking perfection.

So, what’s next on this sweet journey? More experimenting, more learning from the best, and more mouth-watering cakes and cookies. I’m here to make every batch better than the last. After all, there’s always room for a little more chocolate, right?
